Got absolutely gorgeous and luxurious room with gorgeous moroccan furnishings when arrived, appreciated that. The breakfast was incredible exactly as I hoped, with an absolute treat. The location was perfect on the palaces of Granada and the staff here was lovely.

The resort was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunsets and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of their family. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely finishing touches. The food throughout our stay was exceptional, and we even had the opportunity to do a cookery lesson, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The spa was also wonderful, especially the hammam, which was incredibly relaxing. The concierge was extremely helpful, arranging our restaurant reservations and transfers without us having to ask. our stay was amazing and truly memorable.

While the breakfast was good, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in terms of healthier options. the dinner menu lacked variety, with only a few main course options that weren't suitable for vegetarians.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive, making sure your stay is perfect. The pool area is serene and relaxing, with comfortable sun loungers and lush surroundings.

Although the restaurant was somewhat empty, the staff made up for it with their exceptional service.
